Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of conflicts in the educational environment, their causes, types and consequences. In modern society, characterized by rapid changes, globalization, increasing cultural and ethnic diversity, as well as the active use of digital technologies, the problem of conflicts in educational institutions is becoming increasingly relevant.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the causes of conflicts in the educational environment and provide recommendations for their prevention and effective resolution. The main types of conflicts are considered: between students and teachers, staff and administration. The main causes of conflicts are differences in expectations, personal antipathies and disagreement with management decisions.
The collected data were analyzed using statistical methods, which made it possible to identify the most common types of conflicts and their causes. The most common are conflicts between students, caused by competition for resources and personal antipathies. Conflicts between students and teachers are associated with differences in expectations and teaching methods. Conflicts between teachers often arise due to differences in pedagogical approaches and competition, and conflicts between staff and administration — due to disagreement with management decisions and lack of communication.
The study has practical significance and can be used to improve the educational process and create comfortable conditions for learning and working in educational institutions.
