Abstract. The article analyzes the main principles of the policy of the Prophet Muhammad and his companions, the impact of their decisions on the formation and development of the Islamic community. The political approach based on key principles such as social justice, consultation, cooperation, equality led to the creation of a stable and fair society. The article examines the decision-making methods of the Prophet Muhammad and his companions, such as Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman and Ali, their strategies in military and diplomatic aspects, as well as in the spread of Islam (in particular, the policy of Abu Bakr and Umar in the field of managing private territories).

In addition, the author considers the importance of ethical norms and moral principles in governing the state, as well as their relevance in the modern world. Illustrative examples and a graph of the effectiveness of their methods are provided.

In conclusion, successful strategic decisions are presented that contributed to the strengthening and expansion of the Islamic community, for example, the effectiveness of the Medina Constitution. Strategic decisions during the Battle of Badr are considered. The examples of diplomatic agreements such as the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah, the codification of the Quran under Uthman and their impact on the political situation of the Muslim community are studied.

The study of the principles of the policy of the Prophet Muhammad and his companions is important for understanding Islamic history, as well as for the modern socio-political discourse on the principles of fair governance, since the key decisions given in the tables, made by the Prophet and his companions, influenced the spread of Islam and the strengthening of the Muslim community.
