A necessary element of political development is a change in all areas of political life and politics, as well as political activity and political institutions. The election process has a significant impact on social transformations and becomes a catalyst for immediate changes in politics. Thanks to this, members of legislative and representative authorities at different levels are changing, including regional structures of the Russian Federation, local self-government bodies and other elected positions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Regional electoral technologies are a set of techniques and methods aimed at optimizing the achievement of strategic goals of the election campaign, the purpose of which is to convey to the electorate the candidate&#8217;s position, demonstrate the obvious advantage of the main candidate over opponents, consolidate political attitudes, create a connection between participants in the political struggle and voters, and activate the population. With the help of electoral technologies, the development and implementation of the candidate&#8217;s image is carried out, the goal is achieved \u2014 the victory of a candidate or a political association in the elections. The victory in the elections depends on the careful and well-coordinated work of the candidate&#8217;s team, the election headquarters (Regional), political party (Regional branch), administrative block, in-depth analysis of the situation on the territory of municipalities, identifying the problems of the population, the correct definition of key areas of the electoral strategy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The development of a direct link between political power and society leads to the emergence of new electoral technologies that provide direct control of the electorate. New election methods meet the needs of the changed electorate and contribute to its development at all levels.
