The festival is a unique performance, the purpose of which is to promote cultural exchange between different countries and regions and to enhance the status of Namangan as a center of floristic art and tourism. This study analyzes the historical development, cultural and economic aspects of the festival. In this article, the Namangan Flower Festival is considered in historical and socio-cultural aspects, its role in the development of the city is revealed, the impact on the development of small and medium businesses is indicated; directions for further development of the unique festival are proposed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The first part of the work provides a historical analysis of the festival, from its inception to the present day. Particular attention is paid to the role of the founders and organizers in shaping the unique appearance of the event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The second part examines the cultural context of the festival, its relationship with the traditions and customs of the region. The influence of the festival on the development of local crafts and arts and crafts is analyzed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The third part of the article is devoted to the psychology of perception of flower arrangements. The mechanisms of the emotional impact of color on a person, as well as the role of flower installations in creating a festive atmosphere of the festival are considered.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The fourth part assesses the economic and social impact of the festival on the city of Namangan. Its role in the development of tourism, support of small and medium businesses, as well as in strengthening the image of the city as a cultural center is analyzed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The final part of the work formulates recommendations aimed at the further development of the Namangan International Flower Festival. Particular attention is paid to promising areas that help preserve the uniqueness of the event, as well as increase its attractiveness to an international audience.
