Hijama, rooted in Islamic and other traditional systems of medicine, is a method that combines vacuum action and small incisions to remove \u00abstagnant\u00bb blood. This procedure is based on ancient ideas about the circulation of vital energy and its impact on human health.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The article examines in detail the history of Hijama, its cultural significance and mechanisms of implementation, as well as the process of integration into modern medical practice. Particular attention is paid to the use of Hijama in the treatment of chronic pain, migraines, stress and improving blood circulation. The growing popularity of this technique among professional athletes is noted, who use it to speed up recovery after intense training. Based on an analysis of modern scientific research, the article presents data on the effectiveness of cupping, including improved blood flow, relief of muscle tension, and acceleration of tissue regeneration. At the same time, the current limitations associated with the lack of large-scale clinical trials and the ongoing debate about the placebo effect are discussed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The article emphasizes the need for a professional approach and mandatory certification of specialists to ensure the safety of the procedure. The work is designed for a wide audience, including medical professionals and patients interested in integrative medicine.
